葑酮
葑酮是酮类单贴化合物，呈无色或淡黄色油状液体，伴有浓郁果香、青香和木香。具有鲜花和水果香甜的香气。极难溶于水，难溶于丙二醇，溶于乙醇和非挥发性油。可用作食品用香料（GB 2760—1996），主要用于配制覆盖子、樱桃、葡萄、热带水果等果香型香精。
